Privacy Protocol

1. Data Collection & Logging

To maintain the integrity of our OSINT tools and threat analysis systems, we collect specific telemetry data:

• Connection Logs: IP addresses, timestamps, and user agents are logged for security auditing purposes.
• Search Queries: Data entered into OSINT tools is processed ephemerally and is not permanently stored unless explicitly saved to a Case File.
• Account Data: Username and encrypted credentials (Argon2id hashing) for authentication.

2. Operational Security (OPSEC)

We employ military-grade encryption standards to protect data in transit and at rest:

• All traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
• Database entries for sensitive investigations are encrypted using AES-256.
• We implement strict access controls; staff access is granted on a "Need-to-Know" basis.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

MATLAB Tech operates as a closed-loop intelligence provider. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our infrastructure, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

4. Incident Response

In the event of a data breach, we adhere to a 72-hour notification window. Affected users will be notified via their registered secure email channels with a detailed impact assessment.
